Job summary

Stord is the Consumer Experience Company, powering seamless checkout through delivery for today’s leading brands. This role sits at the center of Stord Labs, owning the operational backbone of a vision AI data program that moves from hypothesis to validated data products at scale.

You’ll coordinate with a lean founding engineering team, capture hardware and annotation vendors, frontier AI partners, and internal Legal, Site Operations, and Finance to ensure governance, speed, and precision in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Experience running computer vision, ML, or data pipeline programs end to end.
• Experience managing hardware and data/annotation vendors, including RFPs, evaluations, scorecards, and partnerships.
• Ability translate between research, engineering and operations with precision.

Responsibilities

• Govern the end-to-end pipeline of experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Lead hardware and vendor evaluations including RFPs, scorecards and frameworks.
• Coordinate with engineering, Legal, Site Operations, Finance, and warehouse ops.
• Drive the data pipeline from pilot capture through annotation, validation, and delivery.
• Translate customer and partner requirements into program priorities and datasets.
• Maintain governance on consent, privacy, and data rights with Legal.
