Job summary

Stord is hiring a Product Manager to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key area in our fast-paced, AI-accelerated environment. You will engage directly with customers and internal teams to uncover problems, turning ambiguity into actionable docs and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ship promptly, define measurable outcomes, and communicate tradeoffs to executives.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years in product management, owning a product area end-to-end—from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and shape a roadmap, not just execute someone else’s plan.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate problems for engineers, operators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area; make explicit calls on what ships in v1 vs later.
• Talk directly to customers and internal stakeholders to uncover real problems behind requested features.
• Turn ambiguous, sometimes physical-world challenges into clear concept docs, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Partner daily with engineering and design, including AI-accelerated workflows, to ship fast without breaking existing production.
• Define metrics tying the product to business outcomes and report them clearly to stakeholders.
