Job summary

Omnicom Corporate is seeking a Specialist, Visa & Immigration to support the administration and coordination of the U.S. immigration program. You will manage a portfolio of employment-based cases and partner with employees, managers, HR, and outside counsel to ensure timely processing.

The role also serves as a project coordinator supporting program initiatives, audits, reporting, and process improvements while driving operational efficiency and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of U.S. business immigration experience.
  • Knowledge of employment-based immigration processes and visa classifications.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships.
  • Experience supporting audits, reporting, or operational initiatives is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS and immigration case management systems (e.g., Workday).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of U.S. immigration cases (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, F-1, etc.) and permanent residence.
  • Serve as point of contact for employees and managers on immigration processes.
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and outside counsel.
  • Maintain accurate immigration records and case trackers.
  • Support compliance activities including audits and reporting.
  • Coordinate projects and program initiatives, tracking deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage immigration invoices and assist with budget tracking.
  • Use Excel and reporting tools to prepare program metrics.
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate actions to stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.
