Job summary

Samsung Ads is seeking a Visa and Immigration Administrator to support employees with visas, permits, and related filings. The role collaborates with internal teams and external law firms to ensure compliant mobility and work authorization in the US.

You will coordinate relocations, maintain records, prepare invitation letters, and monitor regulatory changes while upholding data privacy guidelines and company policies. Prior immigration experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years visa and immigration compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of employment laws (ADA, EEO, FMLA) preferred.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation for relocations, transfers, and visa-related events.
• Maintain immigration/visa records and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Prepare letters of invitation, employment verification, and appointment letters.
• Communicate with employees, managers, and external stakeholders to provide timely support.
• Assist with coaching and development of new team members and identify process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy & Protection Guidelines and applicable laws.
