Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in U.S. employment-based non-immigrant visa management.
• Strong knowledge of H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, and H-1B1 processes.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with competing deadlines.

• Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. employment-based Non-Immigrant Visa cases.
• Provide clear guidance on eligibility, timelines, and documentation requirements.
• Draft and maintain internal NIV policies and sponsorship guidelines.
