• Experience supporting nonprofit organizations in program design and outreach.
• Ability to develop virtual-service systems and digital resources.
• Capacity to work with communities facing barriers to broadband and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build GoodwillSR's capacity to expand virtual workforce-development access for individuals experiencing poverty, particularly residents of rural and underserved communities facing transportation, geographic, technological, or broadband barriers.
• The VISTA will develop virtual-service systems, digital resources, outreach infrastructure, data and evaluation tools, and sustainable practices for GoodwillSR's 50-county territory.
