Job summary

Included Health is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in West Virginia and other states to deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages. The role targets high-volume Urgent Care/Primary Care with 3+ years of experience, requiring multiple state licenses and RN/NP credentials.

Part-time 20 hours weekly, with weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays per scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
• Active NP license with RN licensure per state requirements
• Current national FNP certification through AANP or ANCC
• Active RN compact license
• Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years post-training in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care
• Experience caring for newborns through adults
• Maintain Medicare status (not excluded)

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions across lifespan
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
• Develop and document treatment plans
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions
• Request consultations or referrals when appropriate
• Counsel patients and families on treatment plans
• Stay updated on clinical best practices
• Provide cross-coverage for lab review
• Offer scheduling flexibility including evenings and weekends
