Job summary

Included Health is seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Idaho to deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages. The role requires 3+ years in high-volume urgent or primary care and active multi-state licensure.

Ideal candidates hold five or more state licenses and an active RN compact license. Part-time schedule (20 hours/week) includes weekday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts, every-other weekend, and 8-hour blocks; final hours are confirmed before start.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
Active NP license with RN licensure and state requirements.
Current national certification as an FNP (AANP or ANCC).
Active RN compact license.
Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred).
Minimum 3+ years post-training in high-volume Urgent or Primary Care.

Responsibilities

Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner.
Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients.
Request consultation or referral with other health care providers when appropriate.
Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans.
Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care.
Provide cross-coverage for tasks such as reviewing lab results.
Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
