Job summary

Included Health is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Wyoming with multi-state licensure preferred to deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages. This role requires 3+ years in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care and an active NP license with RN licensure and national certification.

Two schedule options are offered: Modified Full-Time (32 hrs/week) with evenings and every-other weekend, or Part Time (20 hrs/week) with 3pm-11pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited FNP program, with RN background.
• Active NP license with RN licensure, per state requirements.
• Current national certification as FNP through AANP or ANCC.
• Active RN compact license.
• Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years post-training in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care.
• Experience treating newborns through adults.
• Telemedicine or video-based care experience.
• Experience with Athena EMR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat broad range of conditions across lifespan.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Develop and document treatment plans promptly.
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients.
• Request consultation or referral with other providers when appropriate.
• Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care.
• Provide cross-cover for tasks such as reviewing lab results.
• Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
