Job summary

Included Health is seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners to deliver virtual comprehensive care across various conditions. Candidates must possess an active RN compact license and five or more state licenses. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
