Job summary

Included Health seeks board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Wyoming with multi-licensure strongly preferred to deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages. The role requires 3+ years in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care and active RN compact license with multi-state licensure.

Part-time (20 hours/week) with shifts 3pm–11pm, every other weekend, and 2 holiday shifts per year. Experience with telemedicine and Athena EMR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active NP license with RN licensure and state requirements.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC).
• Active RN compact license and multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care.
• Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations.
• Preferred telemedicine or virtual care experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner.
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients.
• Request consultation or referral with other health care providers when appropriate.
• Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care.
• Provide cross-coverage for reviewing lab results.
• Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
