Job summary

Included Health in Virginia is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to deliver virtual comprehensive care across a wide range of conditions. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care settings and hold multiple active licenses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions
• Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices
