Job summary

Included Health is seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners in West Virginia to deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings and possess an active RN compact license along with multiple state licenses.

This role offers flexible scheduling options including full-time, modified full-time, and part-time, along with a competitive salary averaging $123,000 annually plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained RN licensure.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
• Active RN compact license.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Develop and document timely treatment plans.
