• Travel Coordination: Manage and book all aspects of travel for clients, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring a seamless integration into their overall travel itinerary.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments related to travel, such as consultations, destination site visits, and special events, aligning with clients' availability and preferences.
• Client Communication: Maintain constant communication with clients to gather their travel preferences, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns.
• Supplier Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with travel suppliers to ensure access to the best rates, amenities, and promotional offerings for our clients.
• Itinerary Management: Create detailed travel itineraries that include all scheduled appointments, bookings, and necessary travel details, ensuring clients have a clear and comprehensive plan.
