Position Details

• Type: Full-time, Remote
• Shift: 7am to 7pm Mountain Standard Time
• Experience: At least 2 years as a front desk coordinator
• Seniority Level: Entry level
• Industries: Advertising Services

Responsibilities

1. Manage 20+ client accounts within the aesthetics industry.
2. Communicate effectively via calls, texts, emails, and other channels to schedule appointments.
3. Confirm appointments and coordinate with clients' front desk staff.
4. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
5. Collaborate with the consulting team to improve scheduling strategies.
6. Gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
