Job summary

The role supports the Virtual Branch Services team, guiding members through digital self-service options and maintaining high accuracy in transactions and records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct teller transactions for members via video sessions.
• Monitor deposits/withdrawals and check endorsements for negotiability.
• Advise members on GECU products and refer to branch staff as needed.
• Guide members through self-service account maintenance via digital channels.
• Perform daily balancing procedures.
• Support Virtual Branch Services as needed.
