Job summary

New Season is seeking Telecounselors to provide individual and group counseling via a HIPAA-compliant synchronous video platform for patients across the United States. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address clinical needs and ensure comprehensive documentation.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in a Human Services field and hold independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent). Remote work is available per policy and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services related field and independent counseling licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or equivalent) in the supported state.
• Experience with substance abuse, Intensive Outpatient, group and telecounseling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Performs individual and group counseling via synchronous video communication.
• Completes required clinical documentation within specified timeframes.
• Assists with intake, admission, discharge and transfer paperwork as needed.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and accurate documentation in EHR systems.
• Communicates with clinic leadership and support staff; respond to emails within 1 business day.
• Participates in weekly treatment team meetings and supervision.
• Adheres to state and federal confidentiality regulations and licensure requirements.
• Ensures readiness for surveys and inspections by relevant authorities.
