Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking an ESE Coordinator to provide individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities under IEPs.

This role collaborates with families, general education teachers, administrators, and related service providers to promote academic achievement and social-emotional development. The position emphasizes inclusive practices, progress monitoring, and maintaining IEP documentation while working in a virtual environment and serving students across the United States.

Qualifications

• Valid state teaching license/certification in Special Education, or eligibility.
• Knowledge of IEP development, special education regulations, differentiated instruction, and evidence-based teaching practices.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning, behavioral, developmental, and/or emotional needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEP-based instructional plans tailored to student goals.
• Provide specialized instruction with appropriate accommodations and interventions.
• Maintain accurate IEP documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to promote inclusion.
• Communicate progress with parents and guardians regularly.
