Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks an ESE Coordinator to provide individualized instruction and support under IEPs to students with disabilities.

The role collaborates with families, general education teachers, and related service providers to promote academic and social-emotional development while ensuring independence and successful school participation. Qualified candidates hold a valid Special Education license/certification.

Qualifications

• Valid state teaching license/certification in Special Education
• Knowledge of IEP development and regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with diverse learners preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized instructional plans based on IEP goals and student needs.
• Provide specialized instruction with accommodations and interventions.
• Monitor and document progress toward academic, behavioral, and functional goals.
• Maintain accurate IEP documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusion.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
• Use research-based instructional strategies and assistive technology.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with education laws and policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by administration.
