Comcast Technology Solutions is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to lead executive search campaigns within G&O, T&P, and Advertising.

You will partner with senior leaders to define talent strategies and build robust pipelines for critical roles across the organization. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, leverage analytics to optimize sourcing, advise hiring managers, and represent Comcast at recruiting events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including executive search.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to define talent strategies.
• Strong sourcing, evaluation and candidate-management skills.

• Collaborating with senior management to tailor talent acquisition strategies.
