Job summary

Housing Trust Group, LLC seeks a Centralized Senior Leasing Manager to lead leasing across 10–18 affordable housing communities. You will drive revenue and maintain occupancy at or above 98% using EliseAI and Yardi Voyager 8, while ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other programs.

The ideal candidate brings proactive, customer-focused, results-driven approach in a fast-paced, mostly virtual environment. Florida residency and travel up to 40% are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of affordable housing leasing experience.
• Centralized leasing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects by phone, email, and SMS to sustain engagement and move to lease.
• Present communities and available homes through tours, highlighting relevant features.
• Manage application processing and waitlists for portfolio-wide efficiency.
• Monitor occupancy and leasing performance and report to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and program rules (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, etc.).
• Coordinate with onsite teams to move prospects from inquiry to signed lease.
• Maintain regular attendance and travel within Florida as needed.
