Job summary

Housing Trust Group is seeking a Centralized Senior Leasing Manager to oversee leasing across 10–18 affordable communities from a virtual base in Florida. You will drive occupancy, manage tours, applications, waitlists, and lease conversions using EliseAI and Yardi Voyager 8, while ensuring LIHTC, HUD, and Fair Housing compliance.

The role requires strong customer focus, proactive problem solving, and the ability to travel as needed within Florida.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EliseAI and Yardi Voyager 8.
• Experience processing Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV).
• Expert knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, HOME, SAIL, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Ability to organize leasing work and manage deadlines across multiple communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools; comfortable with digital platforms.
• Initiative, integrity, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a virtual role.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective residents by phone, email, and SMS to sustain engagement.
• Present communities, amenities, and homes through tours, highlighting relevant features.
• Keep current on availability, pricing, and promotions for accurate information.
• Send applicants the application link and clear instructions; manage the applicant queue and waitlists.
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy; coordinate with compliance agencies.
• Report occupancy and leasing performance to leadership and flag trends below target.
• Ensure leasing activity complies with Fair Housing and program rules.
