Candidate must reside in Florida, be proactive, customer-focused, and able to travel up to 40% within the state. Strong HUD/LIHTC knowledge and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of affordable housing leasing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Centralized leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects by phone, email, and SMS to sustain engagement and advance leasing.
• Present communities with tours, highlighting features relevant to each prospect.
• Manage applications and waitlists; ensure timely processing across portfolios.
• Record interactions and leasing activity; monitor occupancy and performance.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to move prospects from inquiry to signed lease.
