Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of affordable housing leasing experience.
• Centralized leasing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage and follow up with prospective residents by phone, email, and SMS to sustain engagement.
• Present communities via virtual or in-person tours and highlight relevant features.
• Ensure accurate availability, pricing, and promotions for prospects.
• Process applications, manage waitlists, and coordinate with compliance.
• Report occupancy and leasing performance to management and monitor below-98% occupancy with corrective plans.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance across leasing activities and programs.
