Job summary

StoreEase in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Virtual Manager to support day-to-day facility operations, assist tenants, and drive revenue through rentals across phone, web, and virtual counters.

You will use data and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to improve processes and service quality. On-site with FT/PT options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in retail, hospitality or property management.
• Comfort with technology platforms, CRM or PMS tools, and AI-enabled systems; ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Interact professionally across phone, web, and virtual counters; anticipate needs and guide customers through StoreEase’s platform.
• Assist Day-to-Day Customer Experience: Support tenants with day-to-day questions to ensure a smooth tenancy.
• Convert & Grow Revenue: Turn inbound calls, web leads, and virtual interactions into new rentals.
• Own the Lead Lifecycle: Track leads in the software and follow up until closed.
• Provide Operational Oversight: Support the Facility Quality team with tenant insights and collaborate with Marketing on lead quality and promotions.
• Maintain Accurate Data: Log all lead and customer activity to ensure visibility into sales pipeline and service history.
