Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a compassionate patient support specialist to monitor assigned patients, communicate changes, and intervene virtually when needed.

Reports any safety hazards, participates in team conferences, shift handoff, in-service education and staff meetings. Performs other related duties as assigned.
