Job summary
Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating midlife and menopause transitions. You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multi-specialty team, and guide patients through multi-week programs to effect lasting lifestyle changes.
You will provide evidence-based nutrition therapy and maintain robust documentation.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed RD with active state licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
- Ability to commit at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly.
- Comfort with telehealth, video visits, and EMR systems.
- Collaborative, independent clinical judgment for multidisciplinary care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutrition care.
- Collaborate with a multi-specialty team to craft holistic care plans.
- Guide patients through multi-week programs to drive lifestyle changes.
- Provide nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic and bone health.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with privacy standards.
- Uphold privacy and compliance for visits on the Pomelo platform.
