Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will set your own schedule while joining a multi-specialty care model, delivering cohesive nutrition care alongside medical providers and therapists.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with the team, and support patients through multi-week programs with evidence-based nutrition therapy.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/Nutritionist (RDN) with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and excellent communication with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Engage patients across multi-week programs to drive lifestyle changes and well-being.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits on the Pomelo platform.
