Job summary

Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver holistic care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based nutrition therapy via telehealth.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, document thoroughly, and engage with patients across multi-week programs to improve metabolic and bone health.

Qualifications

• National RD or RDN license in any US state.
• 2+ years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Experience with telehealth and EMR tools.
• Strong clinical independence with collaborative communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to craft cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients across multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure privacy and compliance.
