Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule and work within a multi-specialty care model to deliver cohesive nutrition care via telehealth.

You will provide evidence-based nutrition therapy, collaborate with medical providers and therapists, and maintain compliant documentation while flexibly managing a weekly patient load.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/Nutritionist with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients navigating midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan that drives outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
