Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to provide virtual nutrition care for peri- and menopausal patients. You will set your own schedule while joining a multi-specialty care model with medical providers and therapists for cohesive care.

You will conduct synchronous visits, deliver evidence-based nutrition therapy, and collaborate to manage symptoms through multi-week programs. Documentation and privacy standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• RD/RDN certification with license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
