Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering nutrition care to women and children via telehealth. As a registered dietitian, you will provide one-on-one nutrition counseling for midlife and menopausal patients, collaborating with their medical provider and therapist within a multi-specialty team to create cohesive care plans and drive favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold national RD/RD-N license and be eligible to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan and optimal outcomes.
• Engage patients over multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes and symptom management.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and ensure privacy/compliance.
