Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients. As a licensed RD, you will provide evidence-based care via telehealth, working with a dedicated medical provider and therapist to ensure comprehensive care.

You will maintain documentation, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs while controlling your schedule and workload.

Qualifications

• National RD license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaboration within multidisciplinary care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
