Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will have autonomy to set your own schedule while joining a multi-specialty care model providing care from a medical provider, a dietitian, and a therapist.

You will conduct video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic health and wellness.

Formación

• RD or RD/N credential and license in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and communication with multidisciplinary care.
• Preferred: experience with metabolic syndrome, weight loss, osteoporosis, gut health, and anti-inflammatory eating.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with multi-specialty care team to ensure holistic care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits conducted via Pomelo platform.
