Job summary

University of California, Berkeley seeks a Program Manager for the Berkeley Business Academy for Youth (B-BAY). You will oversee virtual programs for high school students, coordinating curriculum, staff, and communications to advance entrepreneurship and leadership learning within the Haas community.

Responsibilities include building engaging curricula, marketing to applicants, ensuring safety compliance, and tracking budget performance while collaborating with the program director and educators.

Qualifications

• Experience advising students regarding postsecondary opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple critical projects with deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development and management of the Berkeley Business Academy for Youth (B-BAY) virtual programs for high school students.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement curriculum support, student engagement, instructor and staff coordination, and program operations.
• Develop and execute a communications strategy for fall and spring semesters, including newsletters and alumni content.
