More about the role :
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include Downloading, Logging In, Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing, Filing, and basic Tax questions. We provide continuous support to help you succeed.
- Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
- TurboBonus Boost: Enjoy a $5.00 per hour bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, work at least 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
- Earn a $310 Bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
- Certification occurs over 3 days.
- Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
- Minimum 30 hours per week required; feel free to work more if desired¹.
- You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls and have an advocate in the Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS).
