More about the role :
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions involve downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and very basic tax questions. We provide continuous support for everything.
- Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
- TurboBonus Boost: Enjoy a $5.00 per hour bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, you must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
- Earn a $310 bonus just for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
- Certification occurs over 3 days.
- Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
- A minimum of 30 hours per week is required; you can work more if desired¹.
- You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls, and an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) will advocate for you.

- No specific accounting background is required; we seek enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and assist customers.
- Strong communication skills are essential for assisting customers with TurboTax products and software. Clear, empathetic articulation of solutions is necessary.
- The ability to understand and empathize with customer needs while driving innovation and delivering top-notch service.
