Job summary

Compass Health Center is seeking a Primary Therapist for the Over-18 Eating Disorders Program. You will conduct individual therapy, provide secondary support for meals, and collaborate with outpatient teams in a fully virtual PHP/IOP model across Illinois.

You will work with Registered Dietitians, Group Therapists, Family Therapists, and Psychiatry to ensure comprehensive evidence-based care. Illinois-licensed psychologists, LCSWs, LCPCs, or LMFTs are required; 2+ years in eating disorder

Qualifications

• Must hold independent licensure in Illinois (psychologist or licensed clinical social worker/therapist variants).
• 2+ years post-master's clinical experience in eating disorder treatment preferred.
• Experience treating OCD, anxiety, PTSD, and/or depression preferred.
• Experience in PHP/IOP, residential, or inpatient settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate diagnoses and treatment appropriateness.
• Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based eating disorder interventions (CBT-E, ERP, DBT, ACT).
• Coordinate care with Registered Dietitians, Group Therapists, Family Therapists, and prescribers.
• Monitor medical status and assess need for higher level of care or discharge.
• Complete required documentation and participate in supervision and training.
