Job summary

Compass Health Center is seeking an Associate Director for the Over-18 Eating Disorders program to lead the clinical team, uphold the model, and advance clinicians in a sub-specialty—while continuing to engage in patient care.

You will work with PHP/IOP programs delivered virtually across Illinois, report to the Program Directors, and collaborate with dietitians, therapists, and the psychiatry team to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Illinois (psychologist or social work or counseling)
• 2+ years post-degree clinical experience in eating disorder treatment
• Experience treating OCD, anxiety, PTSD, and/or depression (preferred)
• Experience supervising staff, licensed or seeking licensure (preferred)
• Program development and implementation experience
• Experience in PHP/IOP, residential, or inpatient settings

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical leadership and fidelity monitoring across PHP and IOP
• Provide staff supervision, development, and licensure support
• Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including rounds and staffing
• Contribute to curriculum development and program growth
• Support outreach and information for referral sources
