Job summary

Equip is hiring a Licensed Therapist to deliver evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a fully virtual setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain a substantial caseload, and participate in ongoing trainings and supervision.

Applicants must hold an active Illinois license and be able to provide care during evenings, with strong commitment to telehealth delivery and patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Illinois.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, backgrounds and acuity.
• Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm in primary time zone).
• Enthusiastic, strong team player.
• Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting.
• Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual setting.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT-ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with 20–26 hours of direct care weekly.
• Participate in trainings and supervision.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Use EMR to communicate with the care team as per policy.
• Attend team meetings and supervision sessions.
