Job summary

Compass Health Center in Chicagoland is hiring a licensed psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT to serve as Primary Therapist in our Over-18 Eating Disorders Program. You’ll conduct individual therapy, provide secondary support for meals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide patients through the PHP/IOP treatment program in a fully virtual setting across Illinois.

The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, care coordination, and a commitment to accessible behavioral health

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as a psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois (required)
• 2+ years post-Master's clinical experience in eating disorder treatment (preferred)
• Experience treating OCD, anxiety, PTSD, and/or depression (preferred)
• Have experience in a PHP, IOP, residential, or inpatient setting

Responsibilities

• Assessment and formulation: intake evaluations to determine diagnosis and program fit
• Deliver individual therapy with evidence-based eating disorder interventions (CBT-E, ERP, DBT, ACT)
• Coordinate care with Registered Dietitians, group/Family therapists, and prescribers
• Provide secondary coverage for meals and snacks and complete documentation throughout treatment
• Monitor medical status and determine need for higher level of care
