Job summary

Compass Health Center is seeking an Associate Director for the Over-18 Eating Disorders program to lead the clinical team, ensure fidelity to the treatment model, and develop clinicians within a virtual PHP/IOP setting across Illinois.

You will supervise staff, manage operations, and maintain a clinical caseload while ensuring high-quality care and program growth. A licensed clinician in Illinois with ED experience is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois as a psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT (required).
• 2+ years post-degree clinical experience in eating disorder treatment (required).
• Experience treating OCD, anxiety, PTSD, and/or depression (preferred).
• Experience supervising staff, both licensed and seeking licensure (preferred).
• Program development and implementation experience.
• Experience in PHP/IOP, residential, or inpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and fidelity monitoring across PHP and IOP.
• Supervise staff and support ongoing training and licensure progress.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, staffing, and coverage.
• Coordinate with Utilization Review for approvals and medical necessity documentation.
• Monitor program outcomes and supervise treatment sequencing.
• Maintain high standards while balancing operational needs and census.
• Carry a defined clinical caseload aligned with leadership responsibilities.
• Engage with referral sources and contribute to program growth.
