Job summary

Compass Health Center Northbrook seeks a Primary Therapist for the Over 18 OCD/Eating Disorders Program. You will conduct individual therapy, support meals and snacks, collaborate with outpatient teams, and guide patients through the full treatment program.

You will work with licensed clinicians, apply ERP and CBT-E/CBT-AR approaches, and coordinate care across disciplines to ensure compassionate, comprehensive treatment.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as a psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois is required.
• Experience treating OCD, anxiety, and/or depression is preferred.
• Experience in a PHP, IOP, residential, or inpatient setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and formulation to determine diagnosis and program suitability.
• Deliver individual therapy using OCD interventions (ERP) and eating disorder interventions (CBT-E/CBT-AR); include DBT/ACT.
• Lead care coordination, participate in rounds, involve family therapy, monitor progress, and guide aftercare handoff.
• Monitor medical status with nursing/prescribers and assess need for higher level of care.
• Provide secondary coverage for meals and snacks and complete required documentation.
