Job summary

One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team (VMT) delivers world-class virtual primary care to patients around the clock, leveraging advanced technology and a collaborative team approach.

The role is full-time and telehealth-focused, requiring MSPAS and active NCCPA certification, with licensure in AZ/CO/CA/OR/WA and weekend availability. Competitive compensation includes an hourly base with differential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Currently licensed in AZ/CO/CA/OR/WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Weekday and weekend shifts available (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video, phone, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Provide care to patients virtually using your clinical training.
