Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Virtual Medical Team Physician Assistant to provide world-class primary care via telehealth. You will conduct video visits, phone triage, and email follow-ups, supported by weekly rounds and daily cross-team huddles. The role requires MSPAS and active NCCPA certification, plus outpatient experience.

Licensed in VA/DC/MD with ability to obtain additional state licenses, you will work varying PST shifts, including weekends, to support patients 24/7.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS).
• Active NCCPA certification.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care within past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, email).
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Apply clinical training to deliver high-quality virtual patient care.
