Job summary

One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team (VMT) seeks a Physician Assistant to deliver virtual primary care to patients 24/7 in concert with providers. This full-time role supports telehealth visits, triage, and follow-ups, with ongoing training and cross-team collaboration.

Required MSPAS, active NCCPA, and licenses in AZ/CO/CA/WA with hours and weekend shift availability. Competitive pay, benefits, and strong teamwork culture are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care with patients of all ages OR 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine with patients of all ages.
• Licensed in AZ, CO, CA or WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• For AZ: >8000 hours and eligible for PA collaborative status.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; shifts include various PST times.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video, phone, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional care to patients virtually.
