Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant for their Virtual Medical Team (VMT) to provide world-class, evidence-based care 24/7 in concert with primary care providers. The role is full-time and remote, with shifts across days and evenings to support global patient care.

The PA will treat patients via tele-health visits, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates. Requires MSPAS, active NCCPA, and multi-state licenses.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program and active NCCPA certification.
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine with patients of all ages.
• Licensed in AZ, CO, CA, OR or WA with ability to obtain additional licenses.
• For AZ: >8000 hours and PA collaborative status eligibility.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Shifts from 12p-11p PST, 7a-6p PST, 6a-5p PST.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Apply clinical training to deliver exceptional care to patients virtually.
