Job summary

Galileo Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our digital-first primary care team. You will use asynchronous chat and synchronous video to deliver high-quality care to patients across ages 0-100, managing complex and chronic conditions with evidence-based care.

You'll work in 4-hour shifts, at least 24 hours per week, and must hold an active MA NP license and board certification. We value collaboration, inclusive culture, and tech-enabled care.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of advanced clinical experience in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.
• Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner and MA license active.
• Experience with digital-first healthcare and virtual medicine is a plus.
• Proficiency with written and spoken medical Spanish is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients with complex and chronic illnesses using the app and your clinical judgment.
• Deliver compassionate care to patients 0–100 across all needs, including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health.
• Work with a diverse patient population and foster an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with team members to solve patient problems efficiently and leverage others’ expertise.
