Job summary

Galileo Health is seeking a 24/7 digital-first primary care clinician with a MO license to provide high-quality care via asynchronous chat and synchronous video. The role supports a wide age range and chronic disease management, leveraging our proprietary platform and modern tech stack.

You will join a collaborative care team, working 4-hour shifts with a minimum of 24 hours per week, and are eligible for full-time benefits after meeting shift requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical experience post residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.
• Experience with digital-first healthcare (e.g. virtual medicine).
• Interest in innovative care models balancing evidence-based approaches with creative ideas.
• Proficiency with technology to deliver virtual care using our stack.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients managing complex and chronic illnesses using our app and technology.
• Deliver compassionate care to patients from age 0-100 across all needs, including chronic conditions.
• Work with a diverse patient population in an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with team members to solve patient problems efficiently and effectively.
