Job summary

Galileo Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, digitally-delivered primary care through asynchronous chat and synchronous video. You will join a 24/7 care team, with 4-hour shifts and at least two weekend shifts, delivering care to a broad patient population across ages 0–100.

Applicants should be board-certified, hold an active NY NP license (multi-state preferred), and be comfortable using a proprietary clinician-patient platform and Slack in a telemedicine setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced clinical experience in complex care or primary care.
• Experience with digital-first/telemedicine approaches.
• Active NY NP license; multi-state license preferred.
• Board-certified NP with strong clinical decision-making.
• Comfort with using technology to deliver care virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for Galileo patients via our app and technology with sound clinical judgment.
• Care for patients aged 0–100, including chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health.
• Collaborate with a diverse care team to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
• Deliver care asynchronously and synchronously with empathy and patient-centered decision making.
